At Africangemz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 5 - 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and custom pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at Africangemz55@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll provide return instructions within 2 business days.

  3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
